Vintage Guatemalan Tapestry Runner
Handmade Tzute Textile Runner with Ikat Trim from Chichicastenango, Guatemala. Tzute is a Mayan word to describe a cloth that may be used to carry a baby or goods. It can also be used for ceremonial purposes.
Woven on a back-strap loom with a unique design, each piece is hand selected for its beauty. This is a vintage piece and shows a natural wear of color. Can be used as a decorative home piece or hung on the wall. Very Good Condition.
